That’s it for me today. I’m tired from not sleeping well last night, so i’m going to tidy up a bit & read until bedtime. Hope everyone had a wonderful day!

This weekend went exactly as I had hoped it would! It was calm, peaceful & productive. And I even slept in today, I slept for a full nine hours!! What an absolute luxury! I usually only get around 6.5hrs (ish) which never feels like nearly enough honestly.
I was hoping not to step foot in any stores this weekend, and thankfully we didn’t need anything! I only left the house for a nice walk this afternoon with my youngest. It was absolutely perfect walking weather with lots of sunshine, mild temps & blue skies!
I think I’ve crossed almost everything off my “to do” list that I had hoped to accomplish this weekend. My sewing room is clean & organized, I’m ready for an upcoming FB handmade auction I’m in, I crossed another order off my customs list & now I just laundry left to do, which I’ll start shortly.
I’m well rested & ready for the week ahead!

How was your weekend?
We decided to go to Indian Beach for a little visit this morning. It’s a beautiful, but cold day. I think it was sitting around -9c during the time we were there with the windchill, but it’s always much colder by the water. It was definitely chilly! We live a short 5 minute drive away, if we drive slowly and enjoy the scenery. *wink* So it’s nice & close anyway!
It’s an awesome beach for ‘treasure hunting’, you will find beautiful, sea glass & sea shells, there’s a nice big playground for kids, and I always see travellers/van lifers hanging out there. Well, probably moreso during the summer months. But i’ve seen plates from all over the place, lots from B.C (British Columbia) so they’re driving from one end of Canada to the other! Kinda neat to see!
And that’s all for today… I’d better get some house stuff done now!
Hope your Sunday is filled with blessings!
